Debbie joined Onancock’s administrative team in 2021. Her professional background includes accounting, project management, and human resources.
The responsibilities of the Director of Administration include preparing and distributing tax billing, processing all expenditures and ensuring timely payment, managing all human resource, payroll, and benefits functions, and accounting for all incoming payments and revenue. She performs cash and bank reconciliations daily and monthly. Debbie administers all software used by the Town. She also serves as Clerk to the Town Council (taking minutes, record retention, administrative support).
