Building or Renovations Process

The Town of Onancock residents must first receive zoning approval from the town prior to obtaining a building permit from Accomack County (757-787-5721).

To obtain zoning approval from the town you must fill out a zoning application and submit it to the Zoning Administrator at Town Hall.
