Mayor and Town Council

All non-staff presentations require approval from the Mayor to be included in a Town Council agenda.

A presentation differs from Public Comment in that it is singly focused, has presentation materials that will be included in the Council agenda, involves educating the Town Council on an issue, or makes a formal request to appropriate funds.

The speaker at Public Comment has up to three minutes to share any thoughts or issues pertinent to the Town.  A presentation has up to ten minutes and may take advantage of multimedia presentation materials and tools.
