Painting and Repairing Trim and Windows at Town Hall

Exterior painting of Town Hall and Police Department building, excluding upper roof edge.  All windows to be scraped, re-glazed as necessary and apply two coats of exterior painter/primer.  All wood doors and front entrances are to be scraped and painted.  Repair rotten sills or trims on lower level.  Upper level sill replacement on a time and material basis.
