The Eastern Shore of Virginia’s Historical Society continues their lecture series with New York Times best-selling author Doris Kearns Goodwin.

Goodwin will take the stage at Nandua High School to speak about her latest work, “leadership in Turbulent Times”.  Her book is a culmination of her five-decade career studying American presidents, focusing on Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, Franklin Roosevelt and Lyndon Baines Johnson.
