   A discussion of the activities and events OBCA provides to the Onancock community

        St. Patty’s Day Parade – Coordinator needed

   The event is in jeopardy of discontinuing without a volunteer to coordinate

        Spending Policy – CHT Distribution Policy (no vote, discussion only)

   50%    Nonprofit/Community Award Recipient
20%    Transfer to cover operating costs
10%    OBCA Project
10%    Small grants (maximum of 25% of total available)
10%    Cash Reserve

        Community voice in Town budget

   Discuss what OBCA members believe should be included or excluded from the Town budget
Plan for presenting these ideas to the Town during the budget cycle

        Christmas Homes Tour

   Update from CHT leadership team
If you have done anything to serve CHT in the past, please offer that information to the new leadership team to ensure nothing is left out

   OBCA is eager to support both the Town and Main Street and we would like to begin a long-term conversation about the interaction between each; who is doing what, how we can support each other.
