Eastern Shore Rural Health System, Inc. is sponsoring a “Walk With A Doc” every Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m. beginning July 21, 2019. Shore residents are encouraged to lace up their comfy shoes and join in the weekly walk that begins at Market Street United Methodist Church in Onancock at 75 Market Street, Onancock VA 23417.

Walk With A Doc is a non-profit organization that promotes walking as a fun, accessible and community-oriented way to exercise.
