Meet the Staff
Terry Sargent started with the town in 2016 and has worked in virtually every area of town maintenance.
The Public Works department maintains and improves all town property, equipment, and buildings.
Dereck is the town’s newest public works department employee, having joined in 2023.
Dereck and Terry work as a team to ensure our town looks like it feels like we live here.
You will see them chipping, sweeping, reading meters, cutting grass, installing new and maintaining older equipment, decorating for the holidays, among many other things.
