I move that the Town Council of the Town of Onancock appoint Mr. Earl Mathers to serve as Interim Town Manager, effective ____________________________, with the duties and responsibilities as outlined in the Town Charter and applicable ordinances. Mr. Mathers shall serve in this capacity until a permanent Town Manager is appointed or until otherwise determined by Council.
