The Town of Onancock will receive Bids for the above titled Project either in a sealed envelope delivered to the Town office, 15 North Street, Onancock, VA 23417, or electronically by email to wesley.wootten@onancock.com, until 4:00 pm local time on Tuesday, November 24, 2026. All Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time at the Town office. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
Email Bids shall include the completed, signed Bid form and all required Bid documents as PDF attachments. The email subject line shall read “HOS HVAC Project Bid – [Bidder Name].” Electronic Bids must be received in the designated email inbox by the deadline; the time sent does not establish timely receipt.
The Work under this Project consists of furnishing, installing, testing, startup and commissioning of a new heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system, complete and in place, for 32 rooms in the Historic Onancock School.
